COMMUNITY DONATIONS-CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINES

Citizens Union Bank is committed to being our State's friendliest community bank by supporting civic, charitable, educational, and quality of life initiatives that give preference to our customers, allow us to take a leadership giving position, and provide significant partnerships with our recipients.

We believe in giving to communities in which we have a major presence, organizations with fiscal strength and corporate responsibility, and non-profits that align with our values and giving criteria.*

*Criteria can be seen below in our Contributions Request Guidelines.

All donation requests must be made at least one month before funds are needed and all donations are provided for charitable/non-profit organizations only, not individuals.

Generally, organizations and activities meeting the established criteria will fall into one of the following catagories:

  • Education and Youth Programs
  • Family and Community Welfare
  • Civic Projects
  • Healthcare and Human Services
  • Recreation and Preservation Programs

Limitations and Exclusions:

  • We do not provide support for a political candidate or organization.
  • We do not contribute to individuals in the community.
  • We do not fund general operating expenses.

To Send A Request For Donation:
All requests must be submitted by mail, fax, or e-mail on the  Contribution Request Form at least one month prior to funding to:
