Authorize your Internet Banking Account for mobile in four quick steps.

Step 1: Log in to your existing Internet Banking (IB) account, click the Preferences menu, select Mobile from the menu.

Step 2: On the Mobile Enrollment tab; check the box next to “Yes, enable my User ID and Password for use on my mobile device”

A “lite” version of mobile is available for those not using the iPhone or Android apps. You can send the link to your device via email by filling in the E-Mail Address box and clicking Send.

 

Step 3: Setup a Mobile Authorization Code (MAC). This is a four digit code you will be prompted for when transferring funds between accounts.

Congratulations! You have enabled Mobile Banking!

 

Step 4: Get the App!

Search for “Citizens Union Bank” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install.
