Since late 1990s, CUB has developed a reputation and expertise in the financing of and investing in, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects, as well as other related Affordable Housing projects. We have financed over $273 million in loans and placed over 5,200 families into housing.
We currently provide pre-development loans, construction/bridge loans, permanent loans, acquisition loans, and post year 15 loans. The Affordable Housing Department provides financing for multifamily developments primarily in Kentucky and contiguous states.
