In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we have an alert system in place for potential debit card fraud for all cardholders.
Here’s how it works:
1. When potential fraud is detected, you’ll receive an automatic text alert from 328-74 between 8 am and 9 pm, with the option to respond “YES” or “NO.”

Reply YES or No. Case 1234 to Opt Out reply STOP
Text capability is free and you can reply STOP to cancel text alerts at any time.
2. If there’s no response received from you, five minutes after the text alert, you’ll receive automatic phone calls from the CUB Fraud Center to confirm or deny fraud.
If you add and label these numbers, 328-74 and 1-800-369-4887, as “CUB Fraud Center” to your phone contacts, they will display whenever you receive future texts and or calls from these numbers.
3. You may also receive email notifications from Falcon@fisglobal.com to confirm or deny fraud.
Remember – our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number.
