How to sign into Mobile Banking:

  • Simply enter your Online Banking credentials and answer the security questions presented to you from your Online Banking profile.
  • After successfully answering all security questions, you will then be presented with the  Mobile Terms and Conditions and will be prompted to enter your device’s phone number to enroll (iPad users do not see this screen).

NOTE: You must be an Online Banking user to enroll/access Mobile Banking.  You must also have enough security questions on file, if not; you will be prompted to log into Online Banking to update your security questions. Three invalid attempts will “lock” the user’s credentials, the same as Online Banking. If Mobile Banking is locked, you will have to log in to Online Banking to reset your passcode or contact Customer Care for assistance.
