Use text messaging (SMS) to:

  • Get account balances
  • View recent transaction history
  • Get Mobile Alerts
  • Send HELP to 96865 for more information, send STOP to 96865 to opt-out
  • One text message per query; Message and Data rates may apply

Balance B Summary of available balances for all accounts
History H Summary of recent transactions per account

Login L Receive a URL for the Citizens Union Bank Mobile Browser website (user must first enroll their mobile web browser)
Stop S De-activate all Citizens Union Bank text services

NOTE: You can check for additional available commands by activating your phone and sending C to 96865.

How to sign up for Text Banking:

  • Simply log in to Online Banking
  • Click “Welcome” and select “All Services & Settings”
  • Under the “Banking Services” section select “Mobile Management”; here you will see all of your mobile devices that are currently enrolled
  • Select Add Text Banking and follow the Enrollment and Activation Steps; when these steps are completed
  • Select Text Banking: Activate Now listed under your enrolled mobile device and follow the Activation Instructions

NOTE: Cellular phone carrier charges may apply for Internet access and text messaging. Contact your provider for information regarding those charges.

You must have an active Online Banking account with your institution in order to utilize Mobile Banking
