We will never text or call you to re-set your debit card. If you receive a phone call or text message claiming to be from Citizens Union Bank to re-set your debit card this is a phishing attempt. Do not reply. Do not open any attachments. Attachments may contain a code that could infect your mobile phone.

Need to reset your debit card PIN? Contact your local branch or the Customer Care Center at the number listed above for a temporary PIN reset. When contacting the Customer Care Center directly have your mother’s maiden name and driver’s license number available for security and identification purposes.
